Requirement
· 1-7 years of experience in working as Radiologic Technologist(RT) or Radiology Assistant (RA)
· Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology & Imaging,Biology, Pre-Medicine
· Minimum of 2 years of experience working in aclinical or healthcare setting, with exposure to radiology practices.
· Proficiency in medical terminology andunderstanding of anatomy and physiology.
· Strong attention to detail and ability toaccurately identify abnormalities or anomalies
· Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal, with the ability to effectively in medical images. interact withmultidisciplinary teams. Systems (PACS) is a plus.

Responsibilities
· Assist radiologists in the review and analysisof medical images, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and otherimaging modalities.
· Prepare patient medical records and imagingstudies for interpretation by radiologists. smooth workflow. accuratediagnosis.

· Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in handling patient information and medical records.
· Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in radiology technology and practices.
· Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by providing feedback on workflow processes and suggesting areas for optimization.
